We at SNtrix are seeking a skilled Email and LinkedIn Marketing executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns and leveraging LinkedIn for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Email Outreach: Craft and send compelling emails to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
-Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and identify potential business opportunities.
-Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, E-mail marketing , or marketing
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to target specific audiences effectively.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Utilize LinkedIn to generate leads, build brand awareness, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and Text Ads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of email and LinkedIn campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Automation: Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and personalization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing and LinkedIn marketing.
- Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Tools: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g.,Mailchimp, SendGrid) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager or any other similar tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
