• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate 30-40 leads per month.
• Design, build, and maintain email lists, templates, and automation workflows.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging email content.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in email marketing.
• Proven track record of generating leads through email campaigns.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
