We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Executive who is passionate about crafting compelling emails that resonate with our audience and drive results.

Role Overview :

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, nurture leads, and support overall marketing goals. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work from our Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, create, and send email marketing campaigns that align with our brand's tone and goals.

Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement levels for targeted messaging.

Develop engaging and visually appealing email templates, ensuring content is on-brand and mobile-friendly.

Use A/B testing to refine subject lines, copy, and layout for optimal engagement.

Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and generate actionable insights.

Monitor trends in email marketing to identify new opportunities and improve strategy.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and manage subscriber lists effectively.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align email content with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (basic level).

Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns.

Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,614.80 - ?35,096.08 per month
