Must understand best practices, have experience with email platforms, analyze performance, and possess data mining knowledge. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to analysis.
• Create engaging content, including copy, visuals, and calls to action.
• Segment and manage email lists for targeted, personalized communication.
• Design responsive email templates.
• Identify optimization opportunities and conduct A/B testing.
• Monitor KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing.
• Proficient with email marketing platforms
• Knowledge of data mining techniques to enhance audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to design responsive email templates.
• Skilled in analyzing campaign metrics and optimizing performance.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
