Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Management : Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content, designing templates, and managing subscriber lists.
• Lead Generation : Utilize email marketing strategies to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential customers through targeted campaigns.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales teams to align email marketing strategies with inside sales efforts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Customer Engagement : Conduct follow-up calls with leads generated from email campaigns to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
• Database Management : Maintain the hygiene of email lists by regularly updating subscriber information and removing inactive contacts.
• Compliance : Ensure all email communications comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement.
• Sales Skills : Proven ability to conduct calls and engage in inside sales activities effectively.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic HTML skills for email template design.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling email content.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,961.66 - ?34,780.92 per month
