Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, excellent writing skills, and a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and design elements.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and other criteria.
• Execute A/B tests to optimize email performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Ensure emails comply with industry policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality email campaigns.
• Maintain and update email templates and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
• Certification in email marketing or related field.
