Position: Email Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 1 year of experience in Email Marketing/Marketing Automation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop email templates.

- Manage email databases and ensure proper segmentation.

2. Performance Tracking:

- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics like open and click-through rates.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance.

- Generate reports with actionable insights.

Compliance and Best Practices :

- Ensure adherence to email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

- Stay updated on email marketing trends and tools.

- Maintain high standards of email deliverability.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience in email marketing and familiarity with tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot and Microsoft Outlook.

- Strong communication and copywriting skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
