Responsibilities:

As an Email Marketer at Sofia Health, you will:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies: Plan and implement effective email campaigns that align with Sofia Health's marketing goals and objectives.
• Content creation and segmentation: Create compelling and relevant content for email campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation to target specific audience segments.
• A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.
• Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• List management: Manage and grow our email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), HTML, and email automation tools.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for email content and campaigns.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
