• Resolve customer issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and providing solutions.
• Maintain records: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Follow up: Ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction and follow up when necessary.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to address complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of product knowledge, company policies, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet targets: Achieve individual and team performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Continuous improvement: Provide feedback on the customer service process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
• Skills:

• Proficiency in using CRM software and chat support tools.
