An exciting opportunity has arisen to join UK Shareholder Services, and the expanding Email Broadcast Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and focussed individual, who would enjoy managing a technical role that also requires applying and monitoring significant attention to detail.
Role Summary
The job holder will be required to issue bulk email communications on behalf of our clients and involves collaborating with various key stakeholders across the EQ business, including Meeting Management, Employee Services and Corporate Actions ensuring a quality service is delivered to defined deadlines. All aspects of this role are very visible to our clients and their shareholders so strong attention to detail is required whilst working under pressure is essential.
This role actively supports UK Shareholder Services to deliver client tasks, new client on-boarding and other client shareholder communications. Tasks must be delivered to the highest quality to both internal and external customers. Good communication, stakeholder management and tenacity are three key qualities as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Core duties & responsibilities:
Working as part of a team, using HTML coding and formatting•
• Proof reading, checking content
• Planning, organisation and prioritisation of tasks
• Ensuring the Team and all associated parties are kept up to date on progress on scheduled tasks, with any issues immediately escalated.
• Collaborating with various areas of EQ and 3rd party providers regarding mailing content and format requirements
• Completing daily/monthly statistics and performance dashboards to monitor business demands
• Providing subject matter expert support for internal customers

• Technical proficiency (HTML preferred but not essential as training provided) and proficient in the use of Microsoft software
