ELV - Engineer

Position objective & overview:

We are looking for self-motivated and highly driven experienced Professional in ELV Department, who are able to integrate their technical knowledge with Design and installation of CCTV, Access Control System, IP Surveillance, PA System, Fire Alarm, Notifier & BMS Integration. Project Management & Site Supervision. Use of AutoCad to build SLD and Design BOQ.

Main role & responsibilities / Nature of influence:

1. Ensure client satisfaction.

2. Manage relations with existing clients.

3. Service security systems and provide services to our clients. Trouble shooting, solving problems and finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to standards and policies.

4. Develop new requests and generate revenue from existing clients, support SET team and other departments with activities as needed within your region.

5. To be proficient in our products and technology. Always improve abilities.

6. Working with SET Rep., coordinating all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.

7. Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.

8. Provide routine preventive maintenances.

9. Handle daily trouble-shooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.

10. Take over all service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.

11. Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.

12. Diagrams update after HO.

13. Complete customer log file and follow up open issues. Submit weekly log file report.

14. Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up standards and policies.

15. Promote SET selling and generate revenue from all existing clients.

16. Help desk.

Required Knowledge Area

IP Surveillance system with video management software and computing requirement understandings.

Various Product implementation knowledge for IP Surveillance, Access control systems, Fire alarm system, and PA system, IT Infrastructure, EPABX.

Should have hands-on experience on products and systems related to IP Surveillance, Access control system, Fire alarm system, Intrusion Panel and PA system.

Server and storage knowledge for IP surveillance and ACS.

Basic Backbone infra knowledge required for ELV system.

Knowledge of Video management software featured of products available in market.

Documentation and reports generation like project execution document and inventory details.

Function knowledge of project completion and handover documents requirement.

Requirements:

-Engineering graduate with excellent academic record

1-4 years of relevant experience as service engineer into ELV systems ( preferably looking for experience in multiple systems with sound technical knowledge)- Very high problem-solving capability and ability to work in a high growth environment independently.

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things.

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
