Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As a Bench Sales Recruiter at Elite WorkForce Inc, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates for open positions, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that the right candidates are matched with the right job opportunities.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of the IT industry and the skills required for various positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
