:Elite Relationship Manager
KRAs: xefx82xb7 Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. xefx82xb7 Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. xefx82xb7 Cross sells existing bank products to customers. xefx82xb7 Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. xefx82xb7 Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. xefx82xb7 Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. xefx82xb7 Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. xefx82xb7 Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile: xefx82xb7 Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. xefx82xb7 Very good understanding of Trade and Forex & CA. xefx82xb7 Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance, etc xefx82xb7 Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation, xefx82xb7 High energy levels with a motive to succeed xefx82xb7 Graduate : 6 - 8 years of experience xefx82xb7 Post Graduate : 4 - 6 years of experience xefx82xb7 Age: Up-to 35 Years
