1. Nurture relationships with mapped current accounts for investment needs; maintain regular interactions to assess their needs.
2. Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA and Third Party Products.
3. Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customers.
4. Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets.
5. Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
6. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
7. Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
8. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
9. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
