Please note that we are accepting applications from Freshers in New Delhi who are ready to relocate/commute to Dwarka, Sector 12 and have good understanding of digital marketing, digital marketing platforms, and fluency in English.Please Note : After successfully completed 3 months of internship based on your performance, we will be providing Full Time Employment Also.Growth ConsultantExperience : 0-1 YearsStipend : 10k for 3 months- We are looking for a smart and strategic Growth Consultant with a basic understanding of Digital Media.- The ideal candidate will bring 0-1 years of experience in a digital marketing.- This role requires a competent level of understanding of digital platforms, a creative mind set, analytical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced agency setting.Responsibilities :- Reaching out to prospect and understanding their digital marketing requirements.- Schedule a meeting between the client and expert team for a deep dive & expert discussion.- Document the client requirements in detail to be able to work on strategy and proposal.- Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.- Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate our service capabilities and value proposition.- Brainstorm strategy & ideas internally with the team.- Develop comprehensive growth strategies that align with the client\'s business objectives- Collaborate with other team members for ideas, and proposals.- Update Lead platform with the relevant status.- Maintain client communication over email for minutes of meeting and company credentials.- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content that support business growth.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.- 0-1 years of digital marketing experience.- Fundamental understanding of digital services like Website Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.Why should you join Eleva8e Digital?- Opportunity to work in a fast growing independent digital agency.
