Job Description
You will be responsible for Analog, Power Electronics Circuit Simulation and Component modeling for Automotive products Qualifications B.E. B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech ( Electrical, Electronics, communication and Instrumentation) Additional Information Experience 3 to 5 Years 1. Able to prepare Pspice models from taking relevant inputs from datasheets, suppliers and/or Improvise the Pspice model as per circuit application needs. 2. Circuit principle / Design knowledge of Gate Drivers, Motor Drives, DC-DC, Boost converters, LVR, etc. 3. Deep Knowledge about non-idealties of Semiconductor Power electronics components (MOSFET, Diodes, BJTs, Capacitors) 4. Knowledge in ASIC Behavioral Modelling and Semiconductor components Modelling using MAST/Spice 5. Has worked with simulation tools and done scripting using MATLAB, Saber, LTSpice. 6. Ability to program using Tcl for Automating Circuit simulation. 7. Excellent understanding of Mathematical Differential equations, Laplace, etc..
