Service Manager - Customer Satisfaction
Minimum 3years experience in Customer satisfaction / service process in electronics, medical, machinery or Industrial equipment.
Willing to go out to meet customers occationally as and when required.
Ability to convince and close the service sales enquiries independently.

+Ability to converse in English, Kannada, Hindi and any other south Indian languages.

- Track, Remind, Report escalations as per the Process Execution Chart.
?Organise data for comparison/evaluation by mail / telephone
Sort the data, prepare report as per the template.
Cash handling
Should be able to track engineer travel routes approve voucher and handle petty cash for service engineers and technicians.
Documentation.
}Create reports, draft minutes of discussions, specifications etc as per the format.
Handle service escalation from dealers & end customers, maintaing a good relationship with courteous communication and convincing abilities.
Good ISO documentation knowledge.
Salary 25K -30K
Kannada fluency is a must.
