We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Assistant Teacher to join the Electrical and Electronics Department at our esteemed Polytechnic College. The ideal candidate will assist faculty in delivering high-quality education, conducting practical sessions, and supporting students in achieving academic success. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead faculty in preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
• Support students during practical and project-based learning, ensuring proper use of tools, equipment, and safety measures.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory setups, including troubleshooting and calibrating electrical and electronics instruments.
• Assist in developing instructional materials, assignments, and assessments in alignment with the syllabus.
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assist in grading assignments, maintaining academic records, and ensuring timely feedback to students.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in the electrical and electronics field and integrate them into teaching practices.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff on departmental initiatives, workshops, and seminars.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Prior teaching or industrial experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in circuit design, electrical systems, microcontrollers, and related software tools.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other testing instruments.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
