Job Title: Electronics Engineer (Diploma) - Fresher

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assembling and testing electronic components as needed.

Perform basic soldering and troubleshooting of electronic components.

Engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and assist in the sales process.

Work with the team to manage sales, product inventory, and store operations.

Provide technical guidance to customers and suggest suitable products based on their needs.

Maintain accurate records of sales, testing procedures, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Freshers are welcome).

Basic understanding of electronics fundamentals, circuits, and components.

Familiarity with soldering techniques and troubleshooting basics.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Interest in sales, with a willingness to work with customers to close deals.

Ready to relocate if required.

Work Schedule:

6 days a week, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

1 weekly off.

1 monthly leave and 12 national/festival holidays per year.

Compensation and Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ?15,000 per month, no deductions.

Yearly performance-based bonus: 50% of the annual salary after completing one successful year (only applicable for the first year).

Initial 2-month probation period.
