Technical Project Lead IN THE AREA OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Our Electronic Center of competences Department for 2Wheeler & Powersports product is looking for an Electronic TPL. Vitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility. With smart system solutions and components for electric, hybrid and internal combustion drivetrains, Vitesco Technologies makes mobility clean, efficient and affordable. The product range includes electrified drivetrain systems, electronic control units, sensors and actuators, and exhaust-gas aftertreatment solutions. In the field of our projects (Motorcycles, ATV, Scooters, lawn mowers ), the Electronic Center of Competences [ECC] is responsible to design, maintain, and launch electronic components inside our product portfolio which will comply to market requirement and specify/design/validate industrial electronic solutions accordingly. Advance, base development and customer WW application projects utilize the resources of this engineering group to develop platform and design customer products. As Technical Project Leader of our Electronic Center of Competencies [ECC] your role consist in: Being responsible for the timely execution and content of technical deliverables of the ECC engineering team, inside a project, according to (internal or external) customer requirements, within agreed R&D Budget, quality, and timing. Partnering with the Project Manager, S-TPL, ECC departments, culminating in a released product. To this effect, the TPL is leading and coordinating the engineering activities in the integrated project team (Architecture, design, proto sample, test and qualification) [Responsibilities] Lead and drive the ECC project team to provide the \'Engineering solutions\' to the project throughout development Technical leadership towards resolution of complex issues within or spanning Engineering disciplines Primary Engineering interface to the project, the customer, and to R&D leadership on its discipline Track status of engineering deliverables, report out of management, escalate topics when necessary Responsible for all ECC Engineering offers/quotation for new opportunities OR change to existing projects Responsible to track budget/resources within the project for its engineering discipline Manage project scope changes [Qualifications] 10 years of experience in Automotive Product Development. Fluent English Good working knowledge of automotive control unit components with good basis on electrical requirement at product level Command of Program Management and Engineering principles Minimum BS Engineering or Dipl -Ing Good organizational, decision-making, and communication skills Experience with multidiscipline engineering and team management comfortable with the \'system\' mindset Ability to lead individuals and teams without direct reports Use problem solving and decision-making techniques to manage risks and priorities
