Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Automation Representative to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will leverage automation tools and strategies to drive sales of Y5's advanced electronic switches. Your focus will be on engaging with customers, optimizing the sales process, and building strong relationships to achieve our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Automation: Implement and manage automation strategies to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.

Customer Outreach: Conduct field visits and virtual meetings to introduce and promote Y5's electronic switches to potential and existing clients.

Product Presentation: Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products, tailoring presentations to address specific customer needs and feedback.

Lead Generation: Utilize automation tools to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and actively engage in networking activities.

Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Order Management: Oversee the order process, handle customer inquiries, and provide post-sale support to ensure smooth transactions.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and tactics.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to Y5's overall success and growth.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales automation or field sales, particularly in the electronics sector, is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Knowledge: Understanding of electronic switches and automation tools is advantageous but not essential.

Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with sales automation software and CRM systems for managing sales activities and customer data.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits within Bengaluru.
