Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative R&D Engineer with expertise in electronics to join our dynamic team in the lighting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Electronics components, circuits diagram knowledge, datasheet reading etc.
• Experience in PCB design using ORCAD software.
• Basic Electrical knowledge on wiring of panels, machines etc.
• Design, develop, and optimize electronic components and systems for lighting applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and research to identify new technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance product performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and product designers, to integrate electronic solutions into overall product designs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in electronic components relevant to the lighting sector.
• Perform testing and validation of electronic prototypes, analyzing and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality, reliable products.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to source electronic components and stay informed about market availability and pricing.
• Generate detailed documentation, including schematics, technical specifications, and test reports.
• Participate in product design reviews, providing input and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep track of project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of electronic components for product development cycles.
• Support the transition of R&D projects into production, working closely with manufacturing teams to address any production challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in electronics design, with a focus on lighting applications being a strong plus.
• Proficiency in electronic design tools and software (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
• Strong knowledge of LED technology, power electronics, and control systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronic components and lighting products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative R&D environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
