The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Skills: Mandatory: Expertise to define technical requirements for harness design/routing Good Knowledge of Catia V5 modules like Electrical harness assembly, Installation & Flattening, Part Design, Drafting and Assembly Design Good understanding of Electrical Equipment, Layouts, Electrical schematics, wire lists, pin-to-pin diagrams, etc. Ability to design electrical cabinets, installation & routing, cable ducts/trays, bracket design and selection of Cable Clamps, Connectors, Glands, Cable Protections & Conduits for Harness Installation Sheet metal design - Installation / support brackets, cable trays, cabinets, etc. Good drawing reading skills, dimensioning standard and BoM creation Ability to design and drafting of assemblies, installations, etc. Expertise in Data Management tools like Enovia 3DCOM, PDM, VPM Conduct self and team\'s internal quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency all across deliveries Organize Design / Verification reviews with internal team and customer SPCs Desirable: Experience on Rolling stock (Rail) and standards working level expertise on Rolling stock (Rail) / Harness Design GD&T, Welding, DFM, DFMEA, etc. Configuration and Change Request management Team handling and effective communication skills
