Job description For Electrode Designer •

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical/Tool and Die making in NTTF / GT&TC

Experience : 2-3Years

Positions : Specialist

Required Skills;

• A person should understand 2D and 3D Drawings:

Capable of working with engineering drawings in both 2D and 3D formats, including geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).

• Electrode Designing and Delcam Programming Software:

Experience in electrode design ing with creo, and know about application of software using Delcam for Copper, Graphite and Steel machining

• Strong knowledge in the manufacturing process, like Milling, EDM and WEDM....

• Knowledge in Usage of Inspection Instruments:

Familiarity with various inspection instruments used in manufacturing and machining processes to verify dimensionall accuracy and quality compliance.

• Willingness to Work in Shifts:

Flexibility and readiness to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.

Requirements,

Tools Knowledge:

• Pro E (Creo):

• Experience in using Pro E (Creo) for CAD/CAM applications, specifically for Injection mold Electrode designing.

• MS Office (Advanced Excel Skills):

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.

SALARY: 30 - 50 Hike from current salary
