Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our facilities. The Electrician will ensure that all work complies with relevant codes and standards, and will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and lighting systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety standards and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in electrical systems, equipment, and code requirements.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
