Electrician
Job Description
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Collaborate with property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and provide guidance to mitigate potential risks.
• Keep accurate records of electrical work performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
