• Perform electrical maintenance tasks such as breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and utility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring, circuits, and electrical components using various tools and techniques.
• Conduct routine checks on electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to electricity distribution networks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs made and materials used.

• Daily check of all checklists of all Electrical Appliances.
• Daily check of checklist fire & safety.
• Monthly check all fire extinguishers and all other fire safety equipment.

• Proper Checking of Cleaning of all Assets of site.
• Immediately Sort out of any problem of all machineries (i.e. electrical panels, heater, motors, lights, fans etc.)
• Doing services all machineries at proper schedule basis and take knowledge from that.
• Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, generators, switchgear, panels, wiring, and electrical works.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of facilities and equipment.

• Installation of Electrical Systems and Equipment:
• Wiring and Cabling : Install, lay, and connect electrical cables, wiring, and circuits for new machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Electrical Panels and Control Systems : Install and configure electrical panels, switchgear, motor control centers (MCC), and automation control systems.
• Lighting Systems : Install industrial lighting and other essential electrical installations across the facility, including hazardous and outdoor areas.

• Preventive Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Fault Diagnosis : Identify electrical faults or issues in machinery, equipment, or the power distribution system using testing equipment like multimeters, insulation testers, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Repairs : Diagnose and repair issues with electrical motors, transformers, generators, switchgear, and other electrical components, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Safety Compliance:
• Safety Standards : Ensure all electrical work complies with national and international electrical safety standards (such as IEC, NEC) and industry-specific regulations.
• Lockout/Tagout : Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when working on electrical equipment to ensure safety.
• Risk Assessment : Conduct risk assessments and electrical hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues and take preventive measures.
• Safety Equipment : Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) like gloves, insulated tools, and arc flash clothing.
