The creation and communication of the project plan (work instructions) to the contractor, the tracking of work performed, equipment modified, updates of drawings, etc. Extensive experience using the standard operating procedures. Can communicate with contractors regarding the contractor's manual and site safety procedures. Can assure the proper permits have been obtained and that a job plan with clear deliverables has been created prior to the start of work.Asset Utilization Management - Method of management of equipment which incorporates business objectives such as asset availability, product quality and overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Capable of calculating OEEs. Uses OEE data in decision making regarding improvements in maintenance plan versus equipment renovation. Utilizes Mean Time between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) data to adjust maintenance plan.
