Job Title: Mall Electrician



Reports to: Facilities Manager/Maintenance Manager



Location: Bengaluru, HAL



Job Summary:



Hey there! We are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Electrician to join our awesome maintenance team at the mall. If you love ensuring everything runs smoothly, from electrical systems to generators, transformers, lifts, and escalators, we can't wait to meet you!



Key Responsibilities:



1. Maintain and repair diesel generators, transformers, lifts, escalators, and other electrical equipment.

2. Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

4. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.

5. Repair and replace electrical components, circuits, and wiring.

6. Operate and maintain electrical panels, switchgear, and control systems.

7. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.

8. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.

9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

10. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities.



Requirements:



1. Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. 2+ years of experience as an electrician in a similar setting (mall, commercial, or industrial).

3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, transformers, lifts, and escalators.

4. Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and regulations.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Physical stamina to work 12 hours/6 days a week.

7. Availability for emergency call-outs and overtime.



Working Conditions:



• 12 hours/6 days a week (rotating shifts).

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and electrical hazards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Electrician: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 4 years (Preferred)
