Electrician Helper
Job Description
An Electrician Helper provides assistance to electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. They assist with various tasks such as running wires, mounting electrical boxes, and troubleshooting electrical issues under the guidance of a licensed electrician. The role requires physical stamina, technical aptitude, and a commitment to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Assist electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Carry out basic tasks such as drilling holes, pulling wires, and mounting electrical components according to specifications.
• Assist in the setup and layout of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on blueprints, technical diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Help with the installation of electrical conduit, raceways, and supports.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Aid in troubleshooting electrical problems and assist in identifying solutions.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to minimize risks and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
