Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team and work on a residential project.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential buildings.

You will work closely with the project team to ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards, comply with regulations, and are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical installations: Perform electrical installations for residential projects, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
• Maintenance and repairs: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential buildings, including identifying and resolving electrical faults, short circuits, and power outages.
• Reading Drawings: Interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems.
• Safety measures: Adhere to safety protocols and practices, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and implementing safety procedures during electrical work.
• Testing and inspections: Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety of installed systems, including voltage measurements, continuity tests, and ground fault checks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Electrician's license/certification is required.
• 8-10 years of experience working as an electrician, preferably in residential projects.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and components in residential buildings.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations (e.g., NEC) related to residential electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
