Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of Electrical Systems:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in various buildings and structures.

Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other electrical components.

Inspection and Testing:

Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes.

Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines and adhere to safety standards to protect oneself and others from electrical hazards.

Planning and Layout:

Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.

Skills:

Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and wiring.

Proficient in using electrical testing tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
