: Electrician cum Plumber

Location: Kozhikode

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Electrical Duties:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national regulations.
• Perform wiring in new constructions and during renovation projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed efficiently and to high standards of safety.
• Plumbing Duties:
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks and clogs.
• Collaborate with construction teams on plumbing installations in new buildings.
• Adhere to plumbing codes and standards to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• General Responsibilities:
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Use hand and power tools to complete work assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding job status and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or equivalent in Electrical and Plumbing.
• Valid Wireman License or certification.
• Proven experience as an Electrician and Plumber (specific years of experience may be specified).
• Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
