Lead Electrician at Leadspace, an Outdoor Advertising Company, responsible for overseeing electrical installations and maintenance across various outdoor advertising sites in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires immediate availability and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and repairs at outdoor advertising locations, focusing on traffic signal issues and general electrical maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose electrical problems, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical work.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as necessary to resolve complex electrical issues.
• Maintain inventory of electrical equipment and spare parts, ensuring availability for immediate repairs.
• Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in outdoor or commercial settings.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including traffic signals.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability for joining the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in outdoor advertising or similar industries.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to electrical installations.
