Designation: Electrical Trainer

:

• Design and deliver effective training sessions.
• The training should be imparted using theory and practical sessions according to the syllabus specified by the university.
• Conduct internal assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students
• Managing files, records, and databanks effectively. Maintain data with respect to training and related activities.
• Participate in center activities -organizing Parents meet, retention followup, collecting feedback etc.
• Prepare learners to face interviews confidently.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university or college.
• Non trained worker : 5 years site experience in same occupation.
• Trained worker : 3 years site experience as a certified Helper Electrician level-2.
• Local candidate will be more preferrable.

Job Location : Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh.
