We are seeking a skilled electrical technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. They should have a thorough understanding of electrical theory and be able to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to plan and execute installations. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in accordance with specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
