Designation: Electrical Technician

Location: Africa

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance:

Install, maintain, and repair HT and LT electrical systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, motors, and control panels.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.

Use electrical testing tools to identify faults and perform necessary repairs.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Update electrical schematics and diagrams as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians.

Upgrades & Improvements:

Identify opportunities for electrical system upgrades and improvements.

Assist in the planning and implementation of new electrical installations and modifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
