Electrical Supervisor (maintenance)
Job Description
We are a leading RP Granules manufacturing company at Gummidipundi and we a looking a electrical engineer (C license holder) to take care electrical department.
1. Responsibility to Achieve and complete breakdowns and PM as per schedule and time period
2. Having good knowledge in ACB, MCB & VCB Circuit breakers with HT & LT panels operation
3. Responsibility to Diagnose and repair malfunctioning system by test equipment to identify and eliminate bugs
4. Responsibility to control non-repetition of breakdowns, and analysis root cause of repetition and solve permanently
5. Responsibility to monitor and control machine high efficiency and standard production
6. Responsibility to highlight machineries ruff handling, man mistake lead for breakdowns and non-quality of spares
7. Responsibility to enhance machine and utilities productivity with new technology, process improvement, Parts and spares changes
8. Responsibility to maintain machine spares list with specification and ensure right spares are replaced
9. Responsibility to lead the electrical team and report to maintenance manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
