Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of electrical system installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage a team of electricians, and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other team members on-site.
• Inspect and evaluate electrical installations and maintenance work to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and professional growth.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and ensure that safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in electrical supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using electrical testing tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a valid electrical supervisor license .
• Availability to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed.
• Physically fit to handle job demands, including occasional heavy lifting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,247.15 - ?37,212.17 per month
