Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs at our UAIDI facility in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Installation and Maintenance: Supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support.

3. Electrical System Design: Assist in designing electrical systems, including layout, wiring, and equipment selection.

4. Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure electrical work meets safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage electrical project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring timely completion.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of electrical work, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Requirements

1. Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

2. Experience: 3 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
