•Key Responsibilities:•

- •Supervision:•

- Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project plans.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is completed according to specifications and deadlines.

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- •Electrical Installation and Maintenance:•

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment.

- Ensure all installations are performed in accordance with electrical codes and industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to electrical systems.

- •Project Management:•

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure that electrical work is integrated smoothly into the overall project plan.

- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

- Assist in planning and scheduling electrical work, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.

- •Quality Control:•

- Conduct inspections to verify that electrical work meets quality standards and project specifications.

- Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials used are of high quality and properly maintained.

- •Safety Compliance:•

- Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

- Conduct safety training and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.

- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.

- •Documentation and Reporting:•

- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status and team performance.

- Ensure that all required documentation, such as permits and certifications, is obtained and maintained.

- •Cost Management:•

- Monitor project budgets related to electrical work, ensuring cost-effective use of materials and labor.

- Assist in the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
