Job Title : Urgently Required Electrical Site - in-Charge & Engineers

Job Summary :

Handling Turn Key Electrical Installation Projects. must ensure that the Project are working smoothly. Co-ordination with clients . Knowledge of Concealed Wiring is required.

Job Details :

External

Attending crucial site co-ordination meetings

Keeping a watch on the Stock at site, Material Handling, Material Safety.

Keeping a close watch on Labour Safety

Checking Quality of Workmanship

Developing Good Relationship with the client.

Internal

Reviewing the Site progress report

Checking the extra items list

Checking whether materials ordered reaches the site on time. Cross checking the Materials

Checking RA bill as per Measurement sheet and BOQ

Following-up with co-ordinator to fulfill payment targets and fulfilling the same

Checking Bar-chart or work schedule

Checking Certification of Labour Bill and releasing the payment

Ensuring that Testing and Commissioning is done in a proper manner

Resolving any technical issues at site on day to day basis.

Ensuring that all targets given to project co-ordinator are followed

Help the co-ordinator in appointing the Labour contractor

Ensuring that Labour contractor has work front at all times

Interviewing, Appointing & Selecting of Wiremen, Store keeper, Project-in-charge & Labour Contractor

Maintaining the attrition level of the Team. Ensuring employee motivation and retention.

Training the Sub-ordinates.

Key Skills : Should have basic Electrical Engineering knowledge, Good Communication, knowledge of executing Residential , Commercial , Malls & Hotels Projects. Good management ability . Leadership Qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
