Job Description

• Supervise Electrical Operations : Oversee and coordinate the electrical maintenance and repair activities during assigned shifts to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor Equipment Performance : Track the performance of electrical systems, including motors, transformers, panels, and distribution networks, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Issues : Diagnose electrical malfunctions, execute timely repairs, and initiate preventive measures to avoid downtime.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards : Enforce all safety regulations, including lockout-tagout procedures, to protect the team and comply with industry standards.
• Manage Shift Personnel : Lead and assign tasks to electricians and technical staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Coordinate with Other Departments : Communicate with operations and maintenance teams to align electrical activities with broader operational requirements.
• Record and Report Data : Maintain accurate logs of shift activities, issues encountered, and repairs conducted, reporting critical information to higher management.
• Oversee Preventive Maintenance : Implement scheduled preventive maintenance activities for electrical systems to enhance longevity and reliability.
• Inventory and Spares Management : Monitor stock levels of essential electrical components, coordinating with procurement for timely replacements.
• Respond to Emergencies : Act as the first responder to electrical emergencies, directing resources and procedures to quickly resolve issues.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?38,556.58 per month
