Responsibilities for electrical design engineer
- Create engineering drawings specifically electrical diagrams for equipment connection
- Create bills of material for electrical panels and components
- Modify existing control panel designs
- Complete 3-phase electrical power calculations
- Utilize CAD software for wiring diagram and system layout
- Support existing install base of control systems and resolve follow up installation issues
- Produce engineering documentation such as 2-D schematics, 3-D models and assemblies, Production Assembly Drawings (PADs), part requirement drawings
- Electrical Design Engineer
- Lead Electrical Design Engineer
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and factory test engineers, developing cohesive, elegant solutions
