Role - Electrical / Mechanical Assembly Engineer

Mode of Employment - Permanent

Location - Hosur

Industry Preference - Automation Industry

Work Mode - WFO

Electrical Machine Assembly :

SPM (Special purpose machine) - Wiring, Installation & commissioning

Inhouse machine Building knowledge
Hands of experience in panel and machine interface Wiring
Basic Knowledge in Servo / VFD/ Vision / Robo/ Safety device & etc..,
Troubleshooting Knowledge
Automation Industry Experience is a must
Basic knowledge on Pneumatics
If OSS (They should prior experience in the field of Automation Industry, Panel
Builders).

Mechanical Machine Assembly :

Automation Industry Experience is a must

Machine Building Experience
Skills on - LM Rail, Ball screws Bearing, Hydraulics & Pneumatics
Basic knowledge on Parallelism, GD&T & Assembly
Knowledge in Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Machine Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance (CNC Machines) , assembly, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Geometrical dimensions and tolerance & drawing study,
problem solving,7 QC tools, CP, CPK (Process Capability and Process Capability Index) ,
Exposure in robotics.
Understanding & analyzing 2D & 3D drawings
Machine Assembly / testing /Commissioning
Good Knowledge on Pneumatics & Hydraulics
QC tools(Six sigma, Cp, Cpk)
Troubleshooting & Commissioning
