Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of electricians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Plan and oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to support organizational goals and objectives.
Stay current with advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of electrical staff.
Prepare reports, proposals, and other documentation related to electrical projects and operations.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to support the overall goals of the organization.
