Responsible for carrying out maintenance activities of Plant and Machinery.
Well-versed in the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
To develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan.
Maintain an adequate level of critical spares to reduce downtime.
Carry out periodic maintenance of critical equipment.
Responsibilities:
Preventive and Predictive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and upkeep activities
Hands-on experience in maintenance of CNC machines and Injection Molding machines
Work continuously to reduce down-time of critical machines and equipment
Follow preventive maintenance program for all equipment
Management of critical spares
Undertake new equipment installation and shifting of existing equipment
Conduct timely calibration of equipment in the plant
Execute Waste Management and scrap disposal policy in Maintenance Stores.
Qualification

A Degree/Diploma in Maintenance with 2-5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance covering mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic.

Proficiency in maintenance of CNC Machines such as Vertical Machining Centers, CN
