•2 -3 years of experience in Electrical Field.

•Diploma/ITI in Electrical

1 )Candidate must be well versed with Operational Safety practices and must have worked in shifts.

2) Willingness to work with ones' hands.

3) Teamwork skills - collaborate with other operators

4) Excellent communication, Problem-solving skills, which enable an operator to solve and repair system issues efficiently and effectively

5) Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.

6) Identifying faults or hazards.

7) Troubleshooting system failures.

8) Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.

9) Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.

10) Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.

11) equipment replacement.

12) Writing electrical maintenance reports.

13) Installing new electrical appliances in the building.

14) Adhering to safety and performance standards.

15) Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.

16) Physically strong and able to stand for long periods.

17) Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

18) Collaborate with other operators and teams to achieve production goals

19) Maintain accurate records and reports

20) Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

21) Working with other worker teams in job execution.
