Plant Head / Maintenance Head / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop and implement comprehensive PM schedule for all electrical systems and equipment
• Monitor and record the assessments of electrical systems to identify potential/probable breakdowns and rectify them proactively.
• Reduction of MTTR and enhance MTBF due to electrical breakdowns.
• Plan the budget for OPEX and CAPEX in consent of Plant Head
• 5S implementation at ECRs and Work-shop
• Develop and implement training programs for shift in-charges and technicians to enhance the skill-set in Drives , PLCs, Power distribution and instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical maintenance activities.
• MIS and presentations on departmental performance, budget utilization, and project status for senior management.
Qualification • BE/ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience • Minimum 8+ years of experience in related domain.
Additional Skills • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
