We are hiring Electrical Maintenance Head
Exp- 13 to 20 years

Oversaw sites, functions of building repair and maintenance includes Electrical, HVAC, Fire and safety.

Monitored complaints, requests, and responses to executives, vendor and contractors.

Ensures minimal equipment breakdown time by ensuring no interruption to the ongoing operations.

Was in charge of overseeing daily operations, which includes preventive maintenance and safety.

Operation and maintenance of multiple capacity transformers (Oil Type and Dry Type).

Operation and Maintenance of multiple capacity DG sets with regular periodical checkup.

Operation and maintenance of VRF, Cassette and Ducted type air conditioning system.

Having effective Knowledge in Repair & Maintenance Budget preparation for entire TN region.

Effectively maintaining the power consumption (HLP) within the approved budget.

Initiated a program that invested more in equipment repair and maintenance, which lowered equipment

replacement cost.

Interfaces directly with vendor technical support groups as necessary in course of providing maintenance and

improvement of manufacturing equipment.

Monitoring outside contractor's repair work to ensure value for money.

Provide oversight for budget development and execution and capital planning.

Collaborated with colleagues on the improvement of existing fire systems by ensuring 100% safety environment

in site.

Ensuring all statutory maintenance and testing is carried out to relevant standards and properly recorded.

Conducting regular site visit to ensure optimal maintenance performance.

Authorizing the purchase of equipment as well as its maintenance or replacement.

Providing support to other departments where applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
